Here are the top 10 questions about sign fabrication that we get asked frequently from members in our community.
You either stop by our shop, send us an email, or give us a call to set up an appointment for a consultation. During the consultation phase, we discuss your brand, your needs and your budget. Our consultation is free of charge.
That all depends on how many projects our staff currently has on the go. It also depends on the complexity of your project, the size and materials required for your signage. Since we work with you from consultation to installation, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of months to complete.
The location you plan on mounting it will determine your sign’s size. Take measurements and photographs of the area you plan on mounting your signage. That will give you an accurate idea of how big your sign should be.
Absolutely. Provide us a drawing of your desired sign shape and font style, as well as your original art, and we will recreate that in your signage.
We suggest you check out Insights in Marketing. It will help give you ideas of color scheme to use in your branding. We will also suggest a color scheme that best suits your brand during the consultation phase.
You will get a chance to look at all our font styles during the consultation, and you can decide based on your brand and on your style preference. However, we suggest you use a font that is easy to read and attention-grabbing.
A proof is a visual of your sign’s design and what it will look like once printed.
A proof gives you a chance to see if there needs to be changes or other improvements to your design before it goes to print.
We will ask you to provide us more details of your design, or have you send us a different design. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will work hard until we create a design you are perfectly happy with.
You should wipe down your outdoor sign with clean water and car shampoo 3-4 times per year. Make sure you use a car shampoo that contains a UV resistant wax and that your wash cloth is not overly wet.
Other maintenance required depends on the material you use for your outdoor sign. We also offer signage maintenance as part of our services.
